Each service is governed by a separate Service Agreement and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our website, submitting a form, or purchasing our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

4. SERVICE AGREEMENTS

All services are delivered under a formal Service Agreement signed or accepted electronically by the Client.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall take priority.

5. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or a legally registered business entity to use our services.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

All fees, pricing, and billing structures are defined in the applicable invoice or Service Agreement.

We may include:

Setup fees Monthly subscription fees Usage-based charges Third-party service costs

No services will begin until initial payment is received where applicable.

7. REFUNDS

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing in a Service Agreement or invoice.

8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate and lawful information Ensure you have rights and permissions for any data provided Comply with applicable laws (including UK GDPR and marketing regulations) Use our services only for lawful business purposes

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you provide to us.

9. DATA PROTECTION

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

Depending on the service:

We act as a Data Processor when handling your customer data We may act as a Data Controller for our own business operations

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All systems, workflows, automation logic, scripts, and templates created by Felesignal Ltd remain our intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services during the term of your agreement.

11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Service performance may be affected by:

Internet providers Telecom carriers Third-party platforms Hosting providers

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as revenue, bookings, or reviews) Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the last 30 days

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services may rely on third-party providers including:

SMS and email delivery platforms AI processing tools Cloud hosting providers CRM and booking systems

We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party services.

14. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable Service Agreement.

Upon termination:

Access to services may be disabled Outstanding invoices remain payable Data handling will follow the applicable DPA

15. PROHIBITED USE

You must not use our services for:

Illegal activities Sending unlawful or spam communications Violating data protection laws Misrepresenting identity or business activities

We reserve the right to suspend services for misuse.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
