1. Agreement to Terms By accessing the FELESIGNAL website or using our AI automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our services immediately.

2. Scope of Service FELESIGNAL provides custom-trained AI Voice and Workflow automation. While we strive for 100% accuracy, AI responses are based on the data provided by the Client. The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the "Knowledge Base" provided to the AI.

3. Client Responsibilities

Access: Clients must provide the necessary system access (CRM, Calendar, Phone Lines) for successful deployment.

Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI communication complies with local telemarketing and recording laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Deployment & Performance Deployment timelines (e.g., "48–72 hours") are estimates and are contingent upon the prompt receipt of required business details from the Client. FELESIGNAL is not liable for business interruptions caused by third-party platform outages (Google, Microsoft, etc.).

5. Intellectual Property The underlying AI architecture, website content, and "FELESIGNAL" branding are the exclusive property of FELESIGNAL LTD. Clients are granted a limited license to use the service for their internal business operations.

6. Limitation of Liability FELESIGNAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the automation services.
